Before week one, you complete the Book Business Blueprint. The reader is chosen. The book has a job. You know what belongs inside it, how it connects to the business, and where the money is supposed to come from.
Then we write. Every week has pages due. There is always somebody waiting on the other side of the deadline. When an argument turns out thinner on paper than it sounded in your head, you find out while you’re still inside the chapter. When the structure starts wandering, somebody catches it before another twenty thousand words follow. At the end of twelve weeks, the whole book is on the page.
THREE WAYS INTO THE ROOM
Seventeen seats. Weekly live sessions. A writing schedule with dates attached to it. You move through the manuscript alongside sixteen other people who also have pages due, which makes “I got busy this week” considerably less persuasive. The Book Business Blueprint is included before the program begins. Twelve weeks later, you have a complete draft. Next cohort begins Monday, January 11, 2027.

Your editor reads the work at scheduled checkpoints, gives you written developmental notes, and meets with you in a much smaller editorial room to deal with the problems that belong specifically to your book. You still write every word, but spend considerably less time wondering whether the thing that bothered you on page 73 is a real problem.

A senior writer works with you one-on-one from Blueprint through finished draft, meets with you every week, reads the pages as the manuscript grows, and adjusts the calendar when the book discovers something worth following. You are still the author in the most literal sense. Every sentence comes from you. We stay close enough to keep you from spending three weeks solving the wrong problem.
